🔴 Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

• Products are eligible for return only if received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
• The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery by email or phone.
• To register a return, please provide: order number, photos or video of the damaged part, and packaging condition at delivery.

2. Refund Conditions

• Refunds are issued only after the product is received and inspected at our facility.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
• For partial refunds (for spare parts or service), the refund amount will be communicated prior to processing.

3. Replacement Policy

• If a machine has a manufacturing defect, we provide a free replacement or repair under warranty.
• Customer misuse, physical damage, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Machines that have been installed and used.
• Customized or made-to-order equipment.
• Spare parts, electrical components, and accessories once opened.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been dispatched.
• Once the machine is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

1. Contact our support team with order details and media (photos/videos).
2. Our team will review and provide next steps (return pickup, replacement, or repair).
3. Pack the product securely in original packaging (if available) and hand over to the courier arranged by us.
