Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 working days after successful payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Partners
We use reliable courier and transport partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products. Shipping mode and carrier are selected based on the delivery location and order weight.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro / Urban locations: 5–7 working days from dispatch
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 7–10 working days from dispatch
- Remote or rural locations: 8–14 working days from dispatch
- In some exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 15–21 working days due to logistics delays or natural circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Large machines or bulk orders may have additional freight charges depending on location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message containing your tracking ID and carrier details. You can use this to track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Undelivered or Delayed Orders
If there is any delay or issue with delivery, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to ensure timely resolution.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship orders within India. For bulk export inquiries, please contact us directly.
